Improving accuracy

So, I have been recently wanting to improve both my MA on sm and PA on ffr.

My current method is training J6 on SM everytime I play whether it's dumps, or just 240bpm stream. I'm not sure whether I should play assist tick on or not, since it sounds like a machine gun more than anything for most songs I play..

I'm wondering if there was anything that sparked significant improvement for anyone else that has a Ma

a ratio over 100:1

I've never been that good at accuracy compared to others that are around my level, so any advice would be really helpful.
