Avatar and Profile Job (Credits!)

Hey guys I kind of have a tall order for this project, so if you can help me out it would be much appreciated! I WILL pay you in credits.

Project 1: MAIN CONCERN (100k Credits)
This is a specifically for my FFR profile. This will include an avatar, background, and banner combo. I would prefer to have have a background with a transparent banner which lines up with the avatar in some way. As for the specifics, you have the choice in the background, but I would like the avatar to be of the anime character Yoko Littner, and looking damn sexy. The only other requirement is that the avatar or banner to include my username. If you can include the '{}' symbols, great, if not, don't worry about it just use 'Zero'

Just to give you an idea what I'm looking for, BUT you do not have to use this image.

Project 2
This project is fairly simple, it will be an avatar with dimensions of 100x100 pixels and within 25 kb. The special aspect of this image is that I would like an animation (a small one) that either emphasizes the text 'LD', or the background of the avatar. For specifics, the character Ulquiorra, Espada 4, from Bleach.

Again, you do not have to use this image.
