Default A runaway bride!

http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/05/02/wil...und/index.html

Explain me this,

Why would you want to run away from your own wedding, if you know that if you lie, you are in big trouble?

Cutting your hair wouldn't help you disguise yourself, the police would probably track you down.

Would you run away?

(this was a very popular topic in my school today)

She made a police false report.. and is getting to see jail walls for a year..
Yep, this is what happenes when you got 2nd thoughts about your wedding..
What the hell did her husband-to-be do to her to make her run away? XD
He is a stupid idiot.. if your read the artical you would probably see why.. forgiving his fiance for running away..
She even attracted the FBI... Geez..

Also.. Look at this one
http://www.cnn.com/2005/US/05/02/cnna.long/index.html
Any thought to that?

"UH OH WE ARE IN TROUBLE"

Damn.. surviving..

That seems like overkill to run, tho... However, I don't trust that website too much... after a report on some American getting pounded in Canda. Anyways, it was complete bs.

Still... If I was gonna run from a wedding (if I was that stupid to get that far and ditch out) I'd just not show up, and leave without a word... lot less messy.

EDIT: The American was Bush visiting Nov 30th, 2004... link isn't up anymore, though, although it was on CNN.

It's called getting cold feet. It's not very unusual, but surely I think it's dumb to take it as far as she did.

Judging by your past posts it looks like you're a troll. It also looks like you've created 3 accounts to avoid the warnings you got for irrelevant and offtopic posting.

I'm keeping my eye on you.

Also, your av is too wide. Shrink it.

Uh oh.

Heard about this?

(CNN) -- Teenagers Josh Long and Troy Driscoll survived six days on a 14-foot sailboat in shark-infested waters off the Atlantic Ocean without food or fresh water.

So... how'd they make it back? Interesting thing I noticed: Faith saves lives! Now, seeing as you can't live more than 3 days without water... I'd definately say it's a miracle they lived.

Your signature stretches the page on these crappy 800x600 computers.

Anyway, that woman is extremely stupid for claiming she was abducted. She should have just told her fiance that she didn't want to go through with it.

Or stood him up, but eh.

No, there's a movie called "Runaway Bride." It was stupid. Julia Roberts gets engaged like 983745 times and runs away from the altar (literally) every time.

This is a whole new degree of stupidity. I understand getting cold feet. I understand refusing to marry someone. I understand just not showing up on the big day. But it's really stupid (and cowardly) to fake an abduction so you don't have to tell your spouse-to-be that you're scared to get married. She called the police and told them she'd been kidnapped by a man and woman in a van who had guns. I hope someone slaps her stupid ass around.

Instead, her "ex-fiance" forgave her and now is helping her.

WOMAN, YOU ARE 32 GET REAL.

. . .

What does the woman's age have anything to do with it?

If the woman ran away from the wedding, she obviously had SOME reason, otherwise she wouldn't have gone through all that trouble just to avoid telling her fiance that she wasn't ready. The fact that her husband still cares for her shows that he loves her and wants to help her through whatever the hell she may be going through.

What being 32 has to do with this is beyond me.
