Thumbs up Quick nooby question :)

Hello, I've been a long time DDR player and games like that but I new to FFR. I just saw it recently when looking for online stepmania alternatives. I do have a quick question(s?)
I am pretty new to simfile making, I know how to, but can we / how to release them to other FFR members? I only see 100 in dance ingame, so I'm wondernig how you'd be able to get others to see.
Secondly, if you can make simfiles public, is it restricted to songs allowed (Like monstercat, after seeing the front page)
Thanks!

To answer questions without redirecting you (although I do recommend follow the link mourningfall posted):

All songs in the official FFR engine must be sent to a batch to be judged and deemed good enough for the game, and we have to have permission to use the music in FFR. There are threads discussing these things as well (comprehensive list of FFR permissions, stepping guides, etc) and most of it can be found within the Songs/Permission Subforum.

edit: to address another comment you made, you said 100 songs in Dance, and that may be correct. Be sure to check out the rest of the genres, as there are over 1500 public songs currently in the game.

Thanks
Would you mind testing a song I made? I can't really play a song over 10 seconds when testing it without stepmnia crashing due to my horrible computer, so I haven't had the change to test it.
I also want to see if it'll still be able to transfer to other computer and play fine.
