Michigan Meetup v2.who really cares kuz it won't work

Okay, so FFR meetups in michigan have been a failed attempt for the past god knows how long. I decided, hey, why the hell shouldn't we try to do this again?

When: Sometime in the June-July area...again.
Where: AFC Troy or Ann Arbor ([Bold what you think we should do]Most MI users will now have their licenses...or friends that have theirs)

Post your thoughts, ideas etc etc

Jeff, you ******. I was going to organize this. I was waiting for information from eb because he said he'd be in Michigan at some point.

As for where, I still think AFC Troy is the best place. If anyone disagrees, post a list of what your arcade has to offer.

ps not all meetups have failed. Just that one official one rofl.

Chris, how about you get online and we talk about it. AFC Troy does seem like the best place and no one from FFRMI seems to be on besides Jason and Noah(Qreepy). Noah(eb) says he might be coming during the summer but even then it's not a for sure thing. (PS He repairs stuff out in novi so rofl@u)

Me, I'm down with Pinball Pete's in Ann Arbor. It's closer to me than anyone else, though, so go figure.

You can put me in the "not likely" section for the Troy thing. I'd like to go, and I might be able to in mid or late July, but you can't count on it. Or I can't. Or whatever.

Which arcade? I was told the one in the mall closed but never checked it out myself.

i was there yesterday.
But its on the verge of shutting down.
I only said that, because i'm closest to it.

If i had to suggest an arcade for best quality, I'd go with AFC Oakland.

I'd probably go as long as people I hate (guido/stretchy etc. etc.) don't go. I'd love to meet some of the cooler people like Synthlight, Jasonkey, Squeek if they go and even in some situations MalReynolds as long as he doesn't act like a huge prick. He is a cool guy but acts like in a total prick sometimes too.

Seriously anytime anyone wants to meet up in Ann Arbor or Westland, just let me know. I go up that way semi-regularly and on rare occassions I go out to Frankenmuth to the Bavarian Inn.

Why don't you give us a date this summer when you'll be up here, and we can try to throw something together. Really, you're in Ohio, right? I'm pretty sure AFC Troy is closer to Ohio than Ann Arbor. You take I75 up right? You pass by 14 mile road? That's where it is.
