Problem with points/rank.
Not just once, but numerous times in a row. My gameplay count continues to rise while playing games, but my points aren't going up after I play songs.
What shall I do? It's done this for about 6 songs in a row, now. |

Slow down after you finish a song.

are you talking about in game? or the stats that display in the upper right hand corner?
but, yea. step one would be to make sure you give 3-10 seconds on the results screen to make sure your score records in our database. it won't give you the points if it doesn't record.

Re: Problem with points/rank.
So it records "You played a game" at the -start-? You'd think it would be at the same time it recorded a song.

Re: Problem with points/rank.
Yeah, say I have played 330 games, and I have about 78 million points.
Well, I'll play 3 more games, clicking "Try another level" after every song." My game count now = 333, but my points are still 78 million. That's what I'm saying. |

Re: Problem with points/rank.
I've got a similar problem, when i play at home, all my stats update correctly, but when I play at work nothing updates when i finish playing a song, it tells me how many points i've got and how many credits i've earned but my stats don't update at all. I'm pretty sure it's something to do with work, any ideas on how to fix it please??
