Outdoor Track and Field 2007
I know a few people on this site (Skika, Dawg (Emckky when he wasn't banned)) run track either in High School or college, so I decided to make a thread about it. Post your events, times whatever.
So far this year, I've only done 400's. Hit a 52.9 on saturday as a junior, and looking to go down. |

Re: Outdoor Track and Field 2007
I haven't started competition yet and I'm only in grade 7 but last year I ran a 50 meter dash in like 5 or 6 seconds I think

Re: Outdoor Track and Field 2007
5 or 6 makes all the difference in the world lol. meaning you can run a 10.0 100 meter or a 12.0 100 meter.

Re: Outdoor Track and Field 2007
(This is EI_Tizzy)
Some kid at our meet last week almost broke the National High School record for high-jump. The record is like 7 ft. 5in., and he went for 7ft. 5.25in. His feet BARELY nicked the pole, but it was enough to bring it down. He's getting better as well, so imagine that, since he's got like a month left of meets, he's probably gonna beat it XD |

I tried high jump this morning...my heel hurts but I still did better than everyone else! I jumped it at around 5 ft. (Note, I am only 13 and 5ft.1 or so...)
