Yeah, the slayer can't take a hit at all. I grinded to level 7 with my Priest and never had to heal once, but one map with my slayer and not only do I have problems hitting targets that are down, effectively killing my combo, but he is a total pansy when it comes to taking damage.

Slayers are beast later on, trust me. They are AOE masters and can slaughter huge groups of people relatively easy.

Priest is my guy, though. Seriously the reason why I chose him is because BIG FRIGGIN' CROSS HAMMER. How could you not like that?

The Fighter is pretty good, for the record. I like her basic combo the best out of any of the characters I've toyed around with so far.

Fixed.

Anyhoo, I decided that because no one was making slayers that I sent my level 5 purple slayer weapon to Gutentag (that's the name of mine if you recall) and holy crap he ruins things. I didn't look at the description until now but apparently it added shadow damage on every attack. I went from doing 15 damage a hit to 45. And considering how he attacks with such a huge splash damage arc, I clear rooms designed for guys of my level in 5 swings.

I think I might change which toon I play with now. >_> Especially considering everyone else seems to like priest as much as I do.

Speaking of that, I found a level 10 purple axe for a priest. 153 physical damage, 2% chance on hit to do 200 extra damage. Figured someone might want it, though I'm tempted to send it to myself considering my main dude is still the priest.

Yeah, the boss of Thunderland is one of the more difficult fights early on. The guy in Poison Thunderland is also pretty rough. I figure the trend will continue.

What happens if you run out of tokens and die, do you just end up back at the town or something if you die? Also, I have more mats for things that I have no idea what they go to...it hurts my head.

Got my priest to level 11 earlier. Found a nice purple belt and am working on getting that title from the quest with the cubes. I have quite a few purple gems but have no idea what they go to. Also something has been bugging me, is there a specific way to open chests in the dungeons or are they just there to be in the way and randomly include traps?

Got my slayer to 11... I have mage purples now, shirt and pants.

I've tried all but Fighter and Gunner, but idk if I wanna play Gunner, and Fighter looks too much like Street Fighter for my liking.

My fatigue level went to 0 so I can't enter dungeons any more on my Priest. Almost level 13. I'm trying to figure out what people have done to get the trail blazing title. I enjoy this game

Fatigue rests each day. I like this...but at the same time, I really hate it. I can't seem to get behind any of my other toons at this point, lol.

Yeah, the fatigue thing is kind of annoying. My brother rolled a fighter and was playing earlier today and by the time I got on to play with him, he was fatigued and couldn't do anything anymore.

I am not entirely sure why they implemented it in the first place. I jokingly told my brother it was a law in Korea to implement stuff like that in video games so people can't play games til they die anymore.

Now that I'm playing my slayer, I love the bugger. It's all about juggling his moves. While his regular combo doesn't really help you build up combo meter all that much, you can launch people in the air over and over again and then finish with his one ranged sword slash thing. I've been able to juggle the boss of Poison Thunderland til he died.

Anyway, glad that people like it. When I first heard about the game, I figured I'd give it a shot because I miss arcade beat-em-ups and it was pleasantly well-made.

Yeah, I don't really have a problem with bosses any more with my priest since I have finally started utilizing his abilities better. I use my nice little power up, then dash, attack with my normal combo, attempt to juggle with my initial power strike, grab and throw and then summon my giant demon hand thingy and by that time, a good chunk of its health is gone making the fight a little easier. It does take a toll on my mana tho and I'm spending most of my time tomorrow if I play, grinding for the fangs to get blue and black cubes so I can get the title from the clerk in town.

That was long winded.

So I've officially stuck with my Slayer and now he's an Asura. FREAKIN' ILLIDAN HEADBAND FOR THE WIN, AMIRITE?

I usually play on channel 36 because I seem to get great ping with it and there aren't any spam bots.

My name is Gutentag and my brother has a Grappler named Woodenbadger.

We should totally plan some 4-man party beatdowns n ****.

Buttonmash is now level 12. I LOVE THE FIGHTER!!!

I still don't know exactly what I'm going to go, and idk what weapons I should aim for. So far Im using a +2 Steel Gauntlet, but I still can't decide what the best route is for me.

Take the moves you like using most, and then pick that sub-class. At least, that's what I did and what my brother did. He said "Man I love all the grab moves, let's go grappler" whereas I said "Man I love my little circle of death and wave sword move, let's go asura."

Fighters are flippin' awesome. I'm kind of angry at my slayer right now because it seems like the only time I'm good is against a million foes at once because in every other sitation, a priest or fighter or gunner even will do better. We'll see if I still feel that way when I get a chance to play later today and see if my nifty new moves are worthwhile.
