Re: TWG 199: The Reaper's Game -Final Remix- GAME THREAD
In all the "off-site" games I've played before, I've had at least 2 other people that I was familiar with playing the same game until now.
I'm extremely out of my depth here and I feel incredibly nervous about it. |

Re: TWG 199: The Reaper's Game -Final Remix- GAME THREAD
For the moment, I'm a bit weary and very unsure. Seems kind of like the player that would power wolf through, y'know what I'm sayin'?
If you'd ask me to place them on my read list from before, I'd definitely put them at the lower end of the spectrum of the "IDK LOL" category I made, but definitely wasn't a Day One Vote. ...And maybe I'm blind here, but I don't see anything anxious about their posts? They seem completely confident. |

Declaring they are nervous does not mean their posts read as if they were confident.

For some strange reason... I'm not sure why, and I couldn't explain it even if you put a gun to my head
I really, REALLY like this coming from Roundbox. |

Re: TWG 199: The Reaper's Game -Final Remix- GAME THREAD
I just realized that Charu wasn't in TWG 197 and probably has no clue how bugkid plays, but I feel like it doesn't mean much for alignment.
tn5421 feels stuck due to meta and lack of familiarity, but idk if that's intentional or not because there's still things that can be done in theory. Vendetta sounds like a hot take at this point of the game, but I feel like the iso doesn't really help me much for reads. Also, where Freezin. |

Re: TWG 199: The Reaper's Game -Final Remix- GAME THREAD
I'm just heavily failing to relate in any way to his Day 0. I'm not saying I always know how he plays, but here I can't even fathom what he's thinking at all. I feel like I've been generally mindmelding with FFA this game and I just feel like something's off with how Sunfan approach the game if he wanted to solve things as town. It's like he kept his reads the entire day and eventually went like "oh, I'm not voting X,Y,Z this phase" and then jumped on the FG wagon.
If I had to compare Sunfan to Roundbox by example who also voted FG, I'd say that Roundbox has been trying to investigate information while Sunfan felt like he was shifting gears between not doing much and doing something more meaningful. I tend to associate the latter with wolfy play while the former feels more like a slow town play trying to put the game together. The annoying part is that I feel like he can do both types as both alignment. If he's town here, I feel like he overly internalized too much the game in a context where people need to share more about the how/why of what's going on. It's more logical for me to conclude he simply rolled wolf and wanted to take it easy by doing the minimal amount of work. |
