If you just click the little "S" button in the top left corner of the game screen, you can find every song you're looking for.

Play a song with a lot of steps. If your not good enough for a "hard" song than play a long one thats simple. Max Forever I assume.

The easiest way? Sit and quad mash Final Fantasy Last Battle Festival. Even if you miss there's plenty of opportunity to make the points up. There's 3600 arrows and you only need what... something like a 1400 combo? And you don't even necessarily need a 1400 combo if you make it up with enough perfects and goods.

Token discussions should be contained in the Token Thread, specifically created for token discussions, updates and information.

A bit of my own advice, I suggest managing the skill tokens you can do first, before attempting skill tokens which excel your capabilities. By the time you accomplish attaining the easier skill tokens, you would be that extra bit better, which will allow an easier path in gaining the rest of the skill tokens.

I have done the easier ones, in fact this one (which about 13000 people have done) seeminly is harder than say some of the tokens that only a mere thousand did : )
