![]() I've got a new jam released. Check it if you like: http://www.supergreenx.com/music/Composer.mp3
Big, funky-ish beats, deep bass, orchestral melodies, and quotes from Aaron Copeland about composing. (I thought some of it was neat, so I threw it in) Its kinda unique, so I won't be surprised if it doesn't please those who love the DDR cheese music ![]() I'm working on another song and hope to finish soon, so look for that. |

![]() First comment, listening as I write. not far in, but I just want to express right now that it made me go "HOLY SHIT YES" inside just seeing you made another song.
Edit: Ok, I finished the song. I like it. It's not my favorite of what you've done, but hell, even a song that's only ok on the SGX scale of grading is awesome on the normal scale. I didn't like the beginning very much, but as the song picked up, it became very enjoyable. And it wasn't like the beginning ruined the song. As a whole, I think it came off pretty well, and I will be downloading and keeping it now. Awesome work, man! Edit part 2: Oh, and it totally sounds like a IIDX song. Except I think it would be a little too scratch-heavy. Hell, it would be hard figuring out what to make be scratch. Oh well, the point is, I compared it with IIDX music. |

![]() I totally dig those effects on the bass, the insert of the quotes was awesome, and the orchestral stuff put a sweet ambient plus-age to it, and as we all know, I love anything that has any kind of ambience.
SGX, congratulations. You have won the 2004 FreeZ Award of Immense Groovitude. |

![]() My initial reaction within the first 25 seconds was AWWW SHIIIIIIIIIIT =O
And it kept getting better! I LOVE your sound, SGX, seriously. Tell Me A Story, Kick Your A, Composer, After Me, it's so AWEEESOOOMEEE =D You should make a ffr edit of this, ffr needs some Composer lovin' and Toph can make the simfile =ooooo |

![]() Unfortunately, i did this like half in Sonar3 and half in Reason, and I've had to reformat my harddrive since. I've got the project files, but I think I may be missing audio data (or I don't know where it is), and some plugins aren't set up the way they were, etc. Things are a mess. It would be either impossible or extremely time consuming to be able to get the files running again so I could edit them. I can do a cheapo shortened audio file version though.
Thanks for listening, peeps. |

![]() The piece would be better if a stronger delay was used on the vocal samples, and if the orchestral samples didn't sound so... flat. Other than that, it's okay.

![]() Flat like how? They're not out of tune. What do you mean? I didn't want a big delay, because I'm not going for the dreamy cheeze trance "open your mind mind mind mind mind" vocal sample type deal.

![]() Pretty effin' cool. The first 45 Seconds were a bit slow, though I do like the voiceovers. They add a great touch. After 0:45, the song really picks up, except for the slow part around 2:10-2:30. Quite different from a lot of your other stuff, very Industrial Instrumental, almost. I like the new sound though, I like it a lot. This needs to be stepped, and really, continue this new line of songs. I like your new sound.
