All the packs you listed are old and outdated so it'd be a good idea to keep up and download all recent packs released to date (for example did you know that there was a Community Keyboard Megapack 4??????). Patashu made a thread with a few of the major packs that released during FFR's downtime here

There is indeed a CKMP 4, but it's a step up from the three before it in terms of difficulty. Possibly the easiest file in the pack, Supernova Kiss Heavy still throws 12.2 tps streams at the player. I don't recommend it. I do, however, endorse the various Keyboard Megapacks for those of intermediate skill...I'm able to AA a large majority of the files in all three, but full combos on some of them can be tricky.

tachyon alpha and tachyon beta are worth trying for generic stream patterns and trills at 15+ NPS
SSSC and SSSC2 as well

Patashu: I can only hit 13-14 nps when I'm having one of those sessions where everything just clicks. Anything higher than that had better be for short bursts (like the purple-blue-purple bits in Battle With Exdeath Heavy, which I have PFCed to 250 and thus toastied) or have really easy patterns for me to combo it.

If I want to get wrecked by 15 nps patterns, I'd go play VGMP 1's Marbles.

592 aaa's o___o yeah I sort of suck hard at sm and ffr, not without years of trying. Think I might start getting into smo or something to try and boost skill.
