Rate the above person's Custom Title

I'm not sure if this has been done before, if so please lock this. Hopefully it won't get locked. The same rules apply as Rate the Above Person's Siggy and Rate the Above Person's Avatar. If you are not a subscriber, feel free to still rate the previous person's Custom Title. If yours ran out, just tell us what it was.

I guess the next person can rate mine.

yes it has, it failed because not too many people were subbies back then. It might work now tho because a lot of ppl are subbies.
I have no idea what yours means so like 6/10
