Want to lose quick weight? Go to a sauna and do fuckloads of cardio. You'll drop weight like nothing, especially water weight.

This week has been a week of no loss. The pain in my right shin was too intense so I didn't get a chance to do the cardio I wanted and I got sick halfway through the week so I didn't eat the way I wanted to either. All in all this was a terrible week

Gf broke up with me today. She was partially the reason I even wanted the Maui trip. I ate like shit and regret but fuck w/e. Not really in the mood to do anything but I'm going to go running after work anyway.
