I have nothing to brag, but I've been slowly getting into playing random games on Kongregate. But there's too many games to choose from, and I can't decide on what's going to be excellent. *needs to play more games*

I've been avoiding Kong considerably since I last posted in here.
From my last post in here on December 19, 2009, I had 728/875 (83.2%) badges. Now I'm up to 1052/1207 (87.2%) and I hardly have most of the recent ones. In comparison, though, I went from -147 to -152, so I guess I'm only providing the illusion that I'm keeping up with badges.

1091/1210 (90.2%) now. I'm replaying Mardek 1 & 2 for new save files (I originally did them on my previous computer) and then I can start on the glorious time sponge of chapter 3.

yeah I'm replaying mardek as well. I'm in chapter 3. Haven't played in a little while though.

YES!!!!! Level 40 took me 454 deaths. I think that was the hardest.

two imp badges within 12 hours. I'm going to try to get all the impossible badges. If I stop ****ing mardek up maybe I can get that one lol.

Meat boy was sooooooooooooo much easier. I don't even think it should be imp.

going for the meat boy (map pack) imp badge now. Why not right?

Pretty neat impossible badge-gets. I'm glad to see this thread is getting some attention again.

I've been shirking Kong for school more, though I have vowed to keep up with most new badges that are added. I say most because if Greg starts badging MMOs and **** again, I will get irritated and probably avoid any such badged game like the bubonic plague.

My oldest unearned badge is the 801-kill hard badge for Starfighter. D:

Oh wait, those games sucked. I wonder how much $$$$ Tass spent on those 2 games combined... Easily $350

I know he dumped a couple hundred in Heroes of Gaia. I am assuming he put some into SS1, SS2 and Caesary -- and definitely Dream World, too.

MMO's suck with the fury because I just can't stand grind. It's even worse in SS2 because you can't really solo the game without spending a LOT of time on it. Even with friends, it takes forever.

I went for the badges on Dream World when they were first added... the game was decent at first, and I progressed reasonably far, though I was nowhere near the final hard badge by the time it got
a) boring, and
b) like an idle game.

The result: I stuck it out because I knew I'd probably forget about the game and/or get too annoyed to go back to it later on. I left the window open whenever I wandered off, and played until all possible options for getting moves (like buying the ****, I can't even remember anymore) were exhausted.

It was sure a relief to finish with that. I just checked: got the easy badge on January 27, medium a day later, first hard on February 4, and completed it on February 16 (birthday present for me I guess). That's a seriously long time. >_<

I only need 4 more impossible badges: Mardek chapter 3, Warlord: Heroes, Elona Shooter, and 99 Bricks (haven't given this one a serious attempt).
