Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I'm really excited about Electric Heart's chances. At worst, I think maybe there are a few miscoupled beats.
2150 notes in about 246 seconds. Mid-high VC for triplet patterns and doubles prevalent throughout. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
why would you ask people to test it AFTER you sent it to me? that doesn't make sense to me.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
true. i've already had people test. i just think it's fun to have reviews in general. it's like asking people what they think of a lyric you wrote after sending it in for submission to a contest judge, whereas people had already given it a thumbs up previously. I always look for improvements that can be made.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I submitted Piano Forte too. I'm not quite sure if it's PianoXForte, or Piano Forte..
EDIT: It is PianoXForte, when I downloaded it came up as Piano_Forte, so I just spaced it. If one of you guys would like to change that for me, I'd be glad. Last edited by scottish; 10-27-2007 at 08:20 PM.. |

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Sequal: I could take this space to rip you a new ass and inform you of how absolutely out of place your comment is... and how you have zero clout to try and talk down on me...
instead, I'll explain logically why your comment is just plain wrong: 1. It most certainly DOES have to make sense to me. I'm the one in charge of these things. 2. As I've stated countless times... I'm all about having people test your file. The more people test it and tell you what's wrong with it, the less time that Rebirth, jx, and myself have to spend fixing it. 3. BUT... I am NOT fond of people sending me multiple emails with revised and updated versions of their file within a short period of time (aka, within a batch). Why, you might ask? Because it shows me that the person is sending in their files before they've properly tested them themselves and/or had others test them... if they're able to find multiple errors in their file shortly after sending it in the first time, they are WASTING MY TIME and likely not submitting their best possible file, which ALSO wastes our time. In case you haven't figured it out, I do NOT like my time wasted. I do not like having Rebirth's time wasted. I do not like having jx's time wasted. We all spend a lot of time on these batches, and when ****tards send in files to me before they're properly tested, I get MAD. So, clearly you missed the purpose of my statement... which was a fairly nice and polite and roundabout way of saying everything I said above... and I think revolutionomega got that... but since you clearly didn't, despite the fact I was not talking to you, nor have EVER talked to you... you felt the need to butt in. Good day.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
You see Tasselfoot, i understand that your time is of most importance here, because its your job to test these files and see if they are worthy for the game. and i guess in your view and apparently in Omega's too, what you said was polite. I didnt see it to be polite at all. You say it like you need to know why he did it. You need to make sense out of the ordeal. Thats what asking a question is for. In your statement you had not one question in it, Rendering the statement useless to both him and yourself. If what im saying to you is wrong to some people, then oh well. and in your reply you say you could tear me a new ass hole but instead youll do something else. im happy you described me your situation, but the thing is: 1st, the asshole statement was totally unecessary because in my post did i tell you anything verbally abusive to you. 2nd, where in the rules or whatever tell you that you can abuse me verbally, then back it up with non abusive descriptions as if your trying to cover the whole thing up? Thats what confused me and i would like to know why if you would kindly tell me. Honestly its not the VA that im worried about Tass, its how you think you can get away with it. i can care less to what you say to me because it doesnt matter anyway. in fact this post im writing is of non importance to this topic and im sorry to the other viewers to have to read this. But ive seen the things that tasselfoot has posted to people and quite frankly im sick of it. but hey what does it matter tassel, im just a user and your a MOD. What the hell can i do about it huh? thanks

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Or you guys could just stop arguing. Point, I re-submitted only b/c I just needed to delete the extra difficulty, so therefore I mentioned it. I like having people review whatever works I finish even after some kind of release or submission (i.e. lyrics, music, simfiles, art, scores, etc.). Therefore I would kindly ask that you stop arguing over an issue that wasn't rude or important whatsoever.
kthnxbai.
