I Fit My Ass Into Some Tight Ass Jeans Today

I've been slowly losing weight lately, and I decided trying these pair of jeans that were lying in the floor of my bedroom. They are VERY tight, but they ARE fitting. I'm currently working/stretching them out so that they will fit me better. I don't know who owns these jeans (they surely aren't mine), but they kinda fit me, so I'm wearing them today.

I'll edit this post once I can figure out the size on these jeans.

What have you been doing to lose wait? I've put on 8 pounds in the last 3 months, and I've tried running, excessive trampolining, etc. Did anything work for you?

Funny thing with me...if I have to "squeeze" into clothes, it's because of the length, hardly ever because of tightness

I'm 6'4", and about 180lbs...I've tried to put on weight, and the most I've done is gain about 10lbs in the past year, lmao. (It's 8:30 am as I post this, and I've just come off working a midnight shift, and I refuse to sleep, so I'm a bit "woo-hoo!" right now =P)

Keep up the exercise but eat healthy. If you are eating healthy and exercising frequently, you should lose weight. Unless you are diabetic..

If you wanna GET big you gotta EAT big. Gaining mass quickly is about bulking and then cutting.

If you just want to lose weight just run for an hour a day and eat right, really isn't too hard. Also remember to take in protein because it helps with recovery time.

It depends what you are doing too. Just don't forget that when you gain muscle, the muscle makes you weigh more. Don't fall into the trap other people do thinking that because they are excercising and gaining weight, the exercise isn't doing anything. The best advice you can get is exercise and eat decently. If you quit fast foot and stop drinking soda, that alone is enough to drop some major weight and make your body healthier.

Oh, and as I type this, I see ELRayford already beat me to it.
