That's similar to the thread starter guilty pleasure, but it's just a bit different.

I enjoy mashing ffr songs.

It gives me a sense of anarchic self-satisfaction to be able to full combo a song without doing it how the stepartist intended. It's the sort of slightly evil yet satisfying feeling that's hard to describe, unless you regularly browse /r/firstworldanarchists or something similar, then you'd understand.

In fact, this was how I initially got involved with ffr: just like any other newbie, I got frustrated that I couldn't read or pass the vast majority of songs, then I learnt how to pass hard songs by mashing, then I learnt how to FC hard songs by mashing harder. That gave me incentive to improve, so that I could then do the EASY parts of hard songs (e.g. Demon Fire was one of my first ones) so that I could get MORE FCs. Currently I have 260 public mashed FC's and only 112 public non-mashed FC's. The mashed FC count excludes songs that I originally had a mashed FC on but then cleaned it up e.g. Air.

I'm preparing my inbox for all the hate mail I'm about to get.

I guess I have to go with Nyokou and say Japanese Pop Idols/Music although I can't say I keep up with any current trends/songs or whatnot. I'll just sometimes run across like a dance video with Perform and think the actual routine is pretty neat. I am not a graceful man by any means so watching people with excellent balance like slide sideways at a 45 degree angle in high heels just kind of impresses me.

So I guess it's more that I like Para Para? Besides that, FFR/Anime in general are the next closes thing

Also I could have sworn that Nykou didn't post here anymore lol. 'sup?
