Special effects: Effects Lab Pro and for sound effects I just go to soundsnap.com they have a lot of good sound effects.

Well I've spent money on the special effects program along with a couple of other props so I fall in the low....very low budget. No budget means you haven't spent any money

To be honest, I think that Skipper walking made it funnier than if he would have been running. Gives it a charm because the dog looks more innocent and not knowing what the hell is going on. Loved the movie. Very funny and random. Favorite part: when you scream "DIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!!"
