Song syncing and editing.

I was wondering how you sync a song besides auto syncing it because it rarely is of any use.Im trying to make the official steps for No.13 to use on my stepmania because im making courses but this is one of the last songs i need.The problem is that on the song with the official steps the begining arrows for about half way through and toward the end they are perfectly in sync and if i change the positioning it is completely the opposite. if any one can please put a song site that has the absolute official stepped song on this thread or give me directions on how to fix this problem in detail. By the way dont post ZENIUS-I-VANISHER as the link because they have No.13 but definitely not the official steps or song.

They do have the official DDR steps/song. Did you go into game options and reload songs/courses before looking at it? Having "Quick Load" on can do weird things.
