SM5 Rates

how can i make rates on sm5 work they way they did in sm3.9
where it augmented the speed AND pitch, rather than just the speed which sounds terrible.

or does it already do that and my sm5 is just bugged to hell?

could be wrong, but i think this was changed internally, so i'm not sure if there's a way of changing this back
