The Absolute best book EVER!!

If you want a good read in the holy name of god pick up Sabriel!!! It is the absolute best book I have ever read!
It is a book about a college girl whos father is the 'abhorsen' (hence my name =D ) and basically what his job is is to make sure the dead, well... STAY DEAD! Because necromancers revive these un inhabited corpses with the souls of either the recently deceased or deceased from over 200 years ago! To do their bidding. So the Abhorsen stops these necromancers and puts the dead back into death.
In this book Death is basically a spiritual river complete with nine gates. Each gate is not technically a "gate" persae. Like after the first pricinct of death the gate is like a waterfall. See what I mean?
But that is beside the point. Anyways, her father disappears and she must go look for him without assuming the worst.
I am so sorry I cannot tell you more but I really want you guys to read this book, I am totally OBSESSED over it! Please in the name of God read Sabriel. Trust me, you'll love it!
