should my ffr life end?
im ap19, a high schooler who loves ffr and plays 22 hours or more on the weekends...and now thats all about to end? my left hand got an abormal bone growth that isnt allowing me to play spread or index anymore (doctor stop). my right hand is also showing signs of arthritis due to extensive overuse (guitar, violin, ffr, etc.). i could force play a one hand with my right, but it would hurt tremendously after a few minutes like one game of BB Evolution. doctor says that a bit of rest will allow my right to get better, but my parents and my doctor are recommending me to quit, but i really dont want to...im an addict and i just started to get skills enuf to go for Otaku Oni, basically my advanced ffr career just started. i really dont want to quit but as things are now, i might have to. should i continue as a one hander or quit? there is slim chance that my left will get any better, and quitting would open tons of free time. on the other hand, i will have wasted 1 and 3/4 years of my life, and ill miss out on all my ffr friends and music. i want to know ur opinions.

Quit. Download the music. I would rather be able to eat my food with my hands while im 30 years old rather then letting my nurse do it for me.

Stop playing the game, because it sounds very serious.
I suggest staying in the forums though, you can at least type. |

yea you need to quit its just an arrow game, if you like music so much just download it, i wouldnt put your health in jeopardy just to play an arrow game you like, you can still visit the forums and speak to your friends on the internet.

Re: should my ffr life end?
Yeah you should because it's better to at least be able to use it rather than to not have one at all.

Re: should my ffr life end?
This isn't the first hand related issue i've heard about due to excess play of this game, i agree with the others and say to give it up, but still stay around and do other stuff.

Re: should my ffr life end?
It's so bad that your quitting playing ffr, maybe if your hand returns to normal some how you can play again, but who knows what will happen... Please make sure to say Hi once in a while!

Quit. You'll get by without FFR.
P.S. You're six and you go to high school? I wish I was a prodigy. Dear me, everyone, we have another Rubix!

Re: should my ffr life end?
Maybe he meant 16? I would recommend staying with the community, but refraining from playing FFR until your right hand stops hurting.
EDIT: His profile says 6...I was wrong =( |

Re: should my ffr life end?
If I were you, I'd concentrate using what little use of my hands I have left on either playing instruments or masturbating.

Re: should my ffr life end?
Don't put FFR before your health. Quit. Take up DDR no bar while your hand is recovering.
