1. World of Warcraft takes the cake with something like 120 days between all my chars. There's maybe a 5 days worth of flying in Stormwind/Org doing nothing tho.
2. FFR/SM. Probably something like 600 hours.
3. TES3 Morrowind. I spent probably around 500 hours on this.
4. Gran Turismo 4. Around 400 hours.
5. Minecraft. 300-350 hours.

besides league i think the game thats taken the most of my time is pokemon

my old pokemon leaf green file had 300 hours logged with almost every pokemon that was available at the time

Can't really be sure. Either Phantasy Star Universe, Diablo II or Persona 4.
