Re: A List of ALL the Songs in the FFR Queue
I doubt Shash and Dore's Beautiful Synergy files are better than Macgravel's.
Also, What is this term you made up "Flow"? I'm looking forward to Color of Giggles and Battle Ax. Also, if Chinaman is the same song I'm thinking, Pokelda just gained like 2000+ points from me. Quote:
Kit tried sending that to me a while ago to check out and make sure it was good, I didn't bother accepting it. Szamar Madar isn't a file that should be remade imho for FFR. Zaghurim made it too perfect.

Re: A List of ALL the Songs in the FFR Queue
What do people have against trills, anyway? And just one trill? (10 arrows in left/right pattern) Vertex Beta is one example that has several trills of that pattern and speed.
Last thing about the Happy Rainbow file: the 12ths/24ths. Originally, the arrows were just quarter/eighth notes, but the first comments that Tass and Shash made were that the arrows were off-sync. That's pretty much the only reason I put those arrows as 12ths/24ths. The BPM of the song is also correct, so if the BPM was changed to accomodate for those arrows, the rest of the sim would be offsync. (Tass/Shash, have you read the readme file enclosed in the simfile?) Summary: basically, if I leave the arrows as 4ths/8ths, those arrows would be slightly offbeat (your comment on the first submission - see page 70 on this thread), but if I time it right with 12ths/24ths, you won't allow that (your comment on the current submission) . And changing the BPM would make the rest of the sim offsync, so that I'm positive that it's not the solution. Please don't trap me into a corner, guys. I'll still correct the sim, of course, but I just want a little bit more justification on the comments. Hopefully, you didn't forget too much on what the simfile was like. Thanks. But it's as good as the song will get for FFR so yeah. Since the song is going in one way or another (either Kit's file or some random nub will step it), I'll take the good steps any day.

Is it a problem if we "accidently" send the SM with the DWI? Because I ALWAYS forget to delete it. Will try to remember in the future

I got your email Tass, but that was my OLD email I sent you! I recently sent you an updated one WITH the proper formatting, and a few exra songs (even though at the time I thought Paradise on E was available), so that should be about 4 new songs (not including PoE and it's API mix).

I just hope with that, VSnarez doesn't get whored to death as far as songs for ffr go. They ruined OSTER project and Sharpnel already. Also, if anyone should step it for FFR- Not to be a brag0rt or anything- I'd prefer it'd be myself or Zagh because we both have similiar stepping styles. . . Then again, Zagh's banned from ffr haha.

Yeah, I won't like VSnares on FFR. VSnares or Dragonforce will make it dumb. Maybe some other artist, but I can't think right now

Jesus. If you really mind that much, step a v2. Not that hard.

Re: A List of ALL the Songs in the FFR Queue
It's Rebirth's fault mostly for doing that though and I think he'd even admit it haha.
Some stuff needs to just be better left alone though but that's just imo. Also, kit- Don't be retarded. You're taking my meaning out of context and picking at a few words. Also, you know that me making a v2 that surpasses yours won't solve jack ****.

Well I'm not gonna fight to try to make my file better than v4n and rebirths, I'll just put it in the DB .
Where do we stand with The Flashbulb, btw? He still letting his music get in here and if so how come more people aren't stepping his awesome music? I mean, if I thought it would get in I'd submit my "If Trees Could Speak" just because it has the awesomest lyrics _ever_ (but maybe I should get a professioanl opinion first this time).

Re: A List of ALL the Songs in the FFR Queue
clearly some of you didn't read.... that's only the 1st 26 songs of the queue. anyone with even a slight nugget of intelligence would realize that all those songs listed are at the beginning of the alphabet.
whenever shash gets me the rest of his stuff, i'll post it. bmah: i believe in earlier comments, it was said that your notes didn't always go to the major songs. not that they were offsync. at least, that is what my notes say. also, VB has consistent trills throughout the file. yours has that 1 random 1-handed trill. and to whoever asked what Flow is... flow is flow. do you not understand what the word means? flow is a bit of a generalization that can incorporate poor patterns, minor offsync, bad rhythms. anything that makes the file not "feel" correct.
