It is really easy to fake roles in this game, seeing as pms are publicly posted and we don't know how many blue roles there are.

That being said this game is going to be more difficult then normal games. There will not AND SHOULD NOT be a defined leader, we should hear inputs from everyone, and make decisions from there.

PS I'm the Seer and seered V red.
-See how easy that is? In a normal game that will always result in an instalynch on V. That is not a definate this game. Use your logic and intuition first, and then support it with things in the thread.

That being said, We Should make a D1 lynch. Yes there has not been a wolf kill, but that information does nothing for us anyway except support half assed conclusions that are only right through luck.

Talk, Analyze, look for subterfuge, lynch.

Oh. I assume the seer is able to PM the person they seered. Masons are useless in creating an alliance since they can't receive PMs, so don't give yourselves away. Otherwise wolves will just kill off everyone that's not a mason.

Oh Manti, you and your dramatic examples.

I'll have to read over the C9 variant rules. Not having a night one kill creates an interesting dynamic for day 1, the analysis will primarily be derived from the way everyone decides to approach this.

Not having played with a lot of you, i'm excited to see how you all approach this.

Town Innocent Child
Welcome, [Player Name], you are a Town Innocent Child.
Abilities:
At the start of Day 1, the moderator of the game will announce you as an Innocent Child, confirming you as town.
Win condition:
You win when all threats to the town have been eliminated and there is at least one town player alive.
Looks like we can eliminate this role from contention. Fojar didn't declare anyone to be innocent.

Even if this knowledge isn't directly beneficial for us to know, it's important for us to be as informed as the wolves are. We need all the information possible to predict and counteract their strategies, while still closely guarding said information from falling into the wrong hands. A delicate balancing act.

I'm almost positive the seer is not able to PM their targets

Kk seers can try reeeally hard to lynch someone once they get a result back saying red using logic and reasoning. If logic and reasoning is not found, just say they are red. If you seer an important role like the vigi, you could sacrafice yourself by claiming seer and saying that dude is a mason or green when he is about to get lynched. This would get you wolfed and get us a better person to lynch.

I only sent that because I typed it up an hour or so ago. I think maybe I was going somewhere with it but I dunno. Holding onto my ruling that v is always and never a wolf.

they only get the seer result of the target's allegiance, i.e village or antivillage or no result. so everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt obviously as a master wolf is a possibility.

As far as a seer coming out to save someone else, I think it's a bad idea. In a game where we have no roles I think a seer is the most useful human. A seer should try to push for a lynch and use their role reveal as a last resort.

If a blue is on the verge of death via lynch, it is that person's job to claim to save themselves, not the seer's.
