This was a great game everyone, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. FunnyGurl almost pulled off a miraculous finish, but Danceguy caught her in some great final day reads. For that, Danceguy is the MVP. Funnygurl is runner up and Manti is 3rd. Honorable mention to Afro for claiming Guardian when he knew it could only help his team and almost be impossible to use against him at that stage.

I'd like to take the time to apologize to everyone that was in the game when I withdrew; I took the game way too serious and it started to actually stress me out emotionally. I'd also especially like to apologize to my wolf partners for getting killed off early on.

I do want to play TWG again at some point, but this experience was rather rough for me.

This was a really exciting game, and the first one I got seriously into in a long time. Props to everyone for playing so well!

Xiz: I think people tend to give you a lot of problems over your technical style, but don't sweat it. You had some awesome early reads (FG/Halogen) that ended up being completely correct. Honestly, I think you could have gotten Halogen lynched D1 if you had provided examples (specifically the Halogen vote switch onto me). I couldn't get behind the Halogen lynch personally because I liked his early reads (which were totally sponged, but I wasn't ready to toy with that yet). At the end of the day I was in panic mode and I was trying not to get lynched probably harder then I was trying to kill a wolf.

The fact that you interact with so many players is a really strong point in your human game. My only suggestion would be that you should have made this post probably a second time after things had stopped being so hectic D1. Check your timing and make sure your big important posts don't get lost.

What ended up happening is that that post got lost during my reveal, and several players missed it until the following day (guilty). Once I saw it D2, I knew where I was going with my d2 vote.


Clasko: Glad you joined! I hope you had fun! I really hope the mess with your girlfriend doesn't impact your desire to join future games.

A couple of constructive notes for you to build off of
- I understand you missed the N2 guarding - Make sure you get your PM's in! they're important!
- If you think your reads are strong, push them! You had correct reads on 2 wolves IIRC, enough to make them sweat and kill you. With a little more experience you'll come out into the thread with conviction and nail one of those reads!

That was basically my major lesson in CVI. Got too buddy buddy with the wolves. =P

I should have stuck to my reads N4. I had funnygurl as second candidate, but I really really underestimated her. Ended up considering afro for EXACLY THIS REASON. Good work dance. This was a solid post. Shows how much your human game has improved.

Funnygurl, that was super well played. Every time you attracted attention, you diffused it completely convincingly. Your good rapport with almost every green caused me to disregard you entirely even after combing your post history in depth.

Kudos to TPS for being super on top of replacements all game. This was the first TWG I've played in a long time that hasn't been hampered by inactivity. Felt good, man.
