Re: The Rubix Clan
FFR works for any operating system that can support a browser that can support flash. So yes, Linux fits into the category of operating systems that support browsers that support flash. Obviously you can infer that FFR works for Linux and you can also infer that FFR is Flash. Oh and just for the record, this doesn't have anything to do with the thread! =D

Re: The Rubix Clan
I use Linux (Ubuntu), MrRubix doesn't, which is why I said he isn't as 1337 as he thinks he is and we should all laugh at him.
Ready? 1...2...3... HAHA And yes, flash works in Linux but it's a bit buggy since it's closed source (there is an open-source alternative but that's even buggier) |

I installed Ubuntu for you, set it up, and now you never use it.

Re: The Rubix Clan
Linux is not all about the eye-candy. Your Window classic theme looks like a piece of crap. If you were REALLY 1337 you'd have realized by now that Beryl has merged with Compiz to form Compiz-Fusion, and that Ubuntu 7.10 incorporates automatic accelerated 3D graphics by default.
MWAHAHA NOOB. Do not try and contest your mother. She will beat you every time. |

Re: The Rubix Clan
Don't care -- KDE is disgusting and Gnome doesn't do what I want it to do.

Re: The Rubix Clan
haha you just quoted Linus Torvalds but you had to ask me which desktop environment he preferred because you can't remember which one it is. Plus, I sent you the article where he said that.
I gave you a Kubuntu live CD, you had KDE remember? Mother 2, Rubix 0 Oh and I can list a whole bunch of things you're really bad at (but I wouldn't want to embarrass you now, would I?) |

Re: The Rubix Clan
I didn't quote Linus -- I had just forgotten which one he used. You and I both hate KDE because it's so needlessly complicated (and everything starts with K wtf). Gnome is too simple and boring. I can't customize it to do all the cool crap I want it to do (which KDE does, admittedly -- but I still hate it).

Re: The Rubix Clan
that's because you don't know how to use it. With a girlfriend/mother that designs GTK themes for the Linux community AND the ubuntu artwork team, you are just thoroughly trumped xD.
