What is a "PMS" Account?

I found this sub-forum from 2006 in the FFR Archives called "1mil get", and it said that a PMS account is required to post there. This probably doesn't exist anymore, but I'm wondering out of curiosity. ^.^ What does PMS stand for, and what is (or was) a PMS account? Thank you in advance!

Shox had a contest going for a while. We didn't want our accounts to be inflated with posts (because people actually cared about post counts back then) so he required everyone to post under a PMS account. He had a tier of rewards for each individual who hit a particular milestone (including the millionth post itself).

I remember it lasting for a few years, simply because they wanted it to be real posts and not complete shitposting. I don't think that lasted so long, and I'm not sure if anyone ever ended up collecting the money. I remember PMS_BenjaminHarrison pretty much dominating the post count in that thread; who knows how it changed though.

Why would someone they choose that acronym on purpose though? I don't think it would be because of immaturity since they were giving out credits and even money, plus the hosts were probably adults. Do you think they were trying to lure the immature people out?
