It's very likely you have good habits without even realizing what you are doing correctly.

The idea that you can't do anything to help improve your progression is in a vacuum just silly. Play more is and always will be terrible advice. Yes, you need to play the game to improve. There are no get-rich-quick tips to instantly becoming a better player. No, playing more is not the only way to speed up your progression; and in fact in some situations it can even damage your progress

In my defense VSRG communities are plauged with play more meme advice and I dislike seeing it because it's not actual advice

I wrote a huge guide on how to approach the game from a mental standpoint and how to practice good learning habits; it's something I'm passionate about I guess

Now being serious, if you want to improve reading, play a difficulty above your skill level, doesnt matter if you go even to a 0.6 rate, I started like that eventually going up, with some time my reading and skill went up like crazy.
