Stepmania timing
Ok, so, you know how on ffr there is the judge setting which you can set to a negative number and push the timing window back ? is there anyway I can do this with stepmania ? I can't really play having to hit the notes before they are barely even half ways down the screen like ffr on 0 judge is, or SM without any tweaking. I've tried adjusting the timingwindowseconds in the preference.ini of sm, and it worked, I got a negative judge, but only by pushing it forward a lot as well...making it extremely easy to get marvelous hits. I use a -1.2 judge on FFR and I'm just trying to find a way to insert that to SM. IF anybody could help me out it would be great. I've tried browsing forums for an answer but I'm extremely bad at doing things like this, and most answers weren't explained well enough and were not really answering my question to begin with.

Re: Stepmania timing
You need to change the global offset, not the timing window.
