Default % passed

A nice way of judging the actual difficulty of a song would be to show the % of people who have passed the song. I don't think that it would eat up too much processing time or bandwidth or anything because all you have to do is, when someone fails the song, add 1 to the failed counter. If someone passes, add 1 to the passed counter. Divide the amount passed by the total number and you have the total amount passed. All that would really be required is a database that could hold AT MOST 4 values for each song, each value probably being under 1000 for at least a short while. Maybe occasional wipes would be necessary, but probably not very often.

Of course, people who lack 1337 sk33lz may be afraid to try song that say "For Masters/Guru'[( fix it dammit)]s Only", and people who can pass the songs easily might not play them, but for the most part the only audience it will concern is the people who think they can pass the song. The value would give a good indicator of just how difficult the song is for its difficulty.

Anyway, that train of thought is gone. Thanks for your time.
