What's with the usermap?

I've zoomed in and out and whatnot, and I still get that.

Restart computer?

Hmmm, I went to the map to see if that would happen to me. It said the same thing, maybe they disabled it?

EDIT: Either way, I'm sure they would tell us something like that.
