I just genuinely don't see how my reads list was wolfy. That's just how I learned to make reads last game. I know I was a wolf then, but trying to read people is an important aspect of the way TWG is played that I've tried to bring with me into my town role this game.

I was under the impression that you've played mafia before(read it in the mystery game iirc) so I was under the impression that your last game wouldn't be the foundation for your style of playing. That still doesn't answer the question of why you think I wouldn't change my mind. I'm an understanding guy.

Yeah, I've played before but the mystery game was a mafia culture shock for me. Ask fg, we've played in the same non-TWG mafia games before and people have never made extensive reads lists or tried solving the game the way they do in TWG. In short, TWG is a completely different world compared to my past maf experience.

And I guess I didn't think you'd change your mind bc of what I said before: I'm not going to change the way I write and if the way I write is wolfy to you because of last game, then you likely won't change your mind about me.

as a more full fledged response to the whole fg/syhto thing

it stinks like fg being dumb and not understanding that
OK, yes, I admit, it wasn't a helpful thing to say but I said it out of a good place
and I feel like fg was/is intentionally failing to recognize that. I was saying those things b/c I

a) am used to talking about game dynamics early on and usually focus on ways to use roles to their advantage, talking strategy, but to do so we have to know what the roles are
b) was so focused on that, that I failed to realize how little we can even do this early on esp due to the fact that it is a forum talk only game throws me off because I was a HUGE out of thread chatter back in the day

i am only just now getting used to this in thread only game ive only played like one and it was suKKK

this whole fg/syhto w/w thing is dumb as hell

and like I said to respond to your post above, IDK what solving means, and I'm gonna need some clarification on that

I actually suspect fg. Not just because she was coming after me a bit, although that in itself is a strategy; it could be a strategy to get my reaction, and it could also be a strategy for her to seem town.

To help you understand my gameplay, I'm not used to games starting in the day phase, either, I'm used to at least having a kill or something to go on. Oh, so and so got wolfed, then I suspect so and so may be a wolf because of past game history. Start calling people out. As the game progresses, it is easier to see people slip up and read in to relations. On d1 ordinarily I would opt to lynch someone for being inactive or for getting in the way of proper game flow, honestly. Those that seem to just not give a crap or are being intentionally shitty, but there isn't any of that going on here, only mild inactivity

Also like what you did with comparing past games is something I do, but these people here i have no experience w/ playing, so it's just a matter of how the game unravels, wolves become more obvious
