erry day?
Is it better to play every day or every other day? For improvement purposes, of course

Re: erry day?
When I played, I played every day except for days when I lacked a good night's sleep from insomnia. Just play until you don't feel like playing anymore, or feel some kind of pain. That's my suggestion.

Re: erry day?
play erry day unless you see that you're not performing as well as usual. then just take a day or two off and continue the grind to your wildest D7 fantasies.

Re: erry day?
Play every day; muscle memory and reflexes will improve faster this way, helping with speed, stamina, timing/accuracy, and certain patterns that were once undoable!

Re: erry day?
Every day for sure. But every day doesnt need to be a training day. I pushed myself to pain and sweat like 2-3 times a week when i was playing a lot. need to get back into that tbh. BUt yea some days just warm up to your max and play for consistency. PAIN MEANS YOURE BUILDING MUSCLE!

Re: erry day?
Every other day. Just make sure you are going to your full potential and tiring out.

Re: erry day?
i think it helped to play all the time for a while and then take a break for at least six months when you want to take a break
it helped me become a lot better at the game since i gave myself a chance to relax and come back to FFR with a fresh point of view
