Detailed Weight Cut
So I'm about to start another weight cut, as I'm getting pretty close to 170lbs and I want a break from the ridiculous amount of eating I've been doing for almost an entire year.
I thought since I pretty much know exactly how the next 12 weeks are going to go, I'd post the information here so people can see what my daily intakes will be as I start to lean out. The information I'm about to list is assuming my weight drops at the same rate it has during my last 2 weight cuts. If anything is different, I will adjust and update the thread accordingly with the actual macros in comparison to what I had originally listed. Week 1: Protein - 167g Carbs - 392g Fats - 74g Total Calories - 2900 Week 2: Protein - 161g Carbs - 378g Fats - 72g Total Calories - 2800 Week 3: Protein - 162g Carbs - 351g Fats - 72g Total Calories - 2698 Week 4: Protein - 158g Carbs - 316g Fats - 70g Total Calories - 2530 Week 5: Protein - 158g Carbs - 316g Fats - 70g Total Calories - 2530 Week 6: Cardio Starts Protein - 156g Carbs - 300g Fats - 64g Total Calories - 2396 Week 7: Protein - 154g Carbs - 286g Fats - 56g Total Calories - 2264 Week 8: Protein - 154g Carbs - 286g Fats - 56g Total Calories - 2264 Week 9: Protein - 154g Carbs - 259g Fats - 56g Total Calories - 2156 Week 10: Protein - 154g Carbs - 259g Fats - 56g Total Calories - 2156 Week 11: Protein - 153g Carbs - 245g Fats - 50g Total Calories - 2040 Week 12: Protein - 153g Carbs - 227g Fats - 50g Total Calories - 1970 Once I hit week 13, I start reverse dieting. I'll work my way back up and we'll see where I go from there.
