Security here is an issue.
Checked my account for the first time in like a month or so, and found out it was hacked. I'm done here seeing that security is a huge issue, and the fact I rarely browse the forums anymore. Best of luck to the staff. PS heres a screenshot of what my profile looked like before i edited it. also I have no idea how long its been like this, only admins can tell you that:

Re: Security here is an issue.
Really sorry that happened to you, man. Wish we knew about it and took care of it a lot sooner.
Will miss you!

Re: Security here is an issue.
It might have been the passwords leak from a while ago.. I changed my password after the leak.

Re: Security here is an issue.
After checking into your account access and other info, I noticed that your password history is rather sparse, and in fact your password only has a single change in the last 8 years today.
Which means after the FFR DB breach on 09-06-2016, in which thread you posted, you still never changed your password. It's entirely possible that someone managed to get your password from the leak. I'd recommend in the future to use at least decent password and not reuse passwords elsewhere. |
