Arp! you are my ride or die homie now

If anyone even suggests as a "joke" voting for Arp or me, just lol

They very easily could have just "not got a vote in time" and left QWERTY at 2 votes from Lar and me, yet they still voted soooooo yeah I'm not voting for Arp in any situation until F3

If I was seer I seered Charu green

hello everybody my name is markiplier

Never played TWG before interested to see how it goes. I think I'm the only person here who's really the least experienced with the game despite all the new players. Rules don't really cover up how the game works but as far as I understand you just need to find the wolves and we win yeah?

So are we just trying to guess which seer claims might be credible here?

I'm not completely sure what the point is, but my guess is that it allows the real seer to give out their findings without being targeted, and over time we can figure out which claim is correct by process of elimination

can someone with more experience confirm/deny this?

thats a clever solution to the problem. will be kind of a red flag if a seer reports someone as red though- an innocent person is unlikely to make a fake claim like that out of fear of being branded a wolf. quite a tricky situation to navigate

i'm not sure if the reason behind using "seer protection" is to mark someone as red, as that would essentially either reveal the actual seer or a fake-claimer. no townie would fake claim seer though, that would just be gamethrowing. and even if there's 2 seer claims active, one of it will 100% be the remaining wolf. i'm pretty sure it's to mask out the results that are positive from the actual seer.

Yupp, that's pretty much it! Don't worry too much about understanding everything right off the bat. Finding wolves through gut/intuition/vibes is totally valid even if you don't understand any other aspects of the game. Just try to figure out who seems weird to you and why!

I don't see why it would be a bad strategy as long as everyone knows what's going on!
though I guess it might've been better to explain it beforehand

lol np! that was mostly for myself, because I keep having to go back and check who says what and it gets kind of irritating, but if it helps other people as well then that's a nice bonus!

well, im sure the remaining werewolf is feeling rather spooked right now, given their friend isnt here anymore.

Incredibly fortunate night for us.

yeah that went wayyy better than I was expecting it to go lol
the chances of one of the inactive people actually being a werewolf seemed pretty slim

They've got just as much of a chance of rolling wolf as anyone else! But I was also pleasantly surprised

I had that death gif ready for whichever of me/Lar was about to die lmao

why hello there fellas

first time subbing in a game, I'm glad this is happening this early in the game, I usually don't care for d0 but had the game proceeded past this stage I wouldn't be able to trust my "vibes" on people over the course of the game

Also we're off to a fantastic start! I read the chat summarily this morning, but since mml was the first nk, I'd especially want to look into his posts more. I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I'll come back tonight!

yeah we definitely don't want to do that, but it's cool to mix the testimonies like this. If the seer is eventually killed, we will have access to some great information. We must not let the wolves figure this out though, so ideally the wolves cannot tell which seer claims are more credible, because the longer the seer remains unknown AND in the game, the more we win. Doing this allows the seer to gain information insurance and it's just an excellent strategy

If I was seer, I seered raeko (melloncollie) green.
