Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Wowowow this is hard ._. Mini-jacks are so stamina-draining (although I wasn't warmed up but shh x3)
Sightread, too

This file is nasty lol. Its probably 10x better on SM, but still a very ugly chart.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
A note on the D5 file, it's really left-hand biased, you might consider mirror.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
My sightread on this bad boy
Those bursts.... lol... I love it. edit: just tried again on mirror and did much worse. The file is left-hand biased, but I think it flows way better non-mirror.

I mean this is a decent run for me Which looks more like a FMO score than a VC score coming from a D5D player. So yeah, Lacrimosa Dominae has been moved to an 11.

This isn't the last you've seen of JS in D4 so now is as good a time as any to practice your jumpstreaming. Anyway I am sending out round PMs then updating the second post and the Round 3 spon con now. Then tonight I will (maybe) get off my lazy ass and finish the list of extensions and Individual Round scoring that I've been meaning to make for like a week now.

the jumpstream in phalanx is terrible reminiscent of pants ending jumpstream

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
Holy shit I split the 24th long streams with the 12th anchor jumps so hard in this file, sightread
This will make for some rage but I might consider mirror, some of the anchors are just unbearable atm I need to get on my school crap right now though, this is not going to be a fun night |

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
No u
Honestly yeah it has a ton of long hidden 8th jacks which is why it feels so weird to play, but that's incredibly hard to avoid with that dense of a handstream. It's also hard to play because the musical justification for the 16ths (the really quiet hi-hat) is really hard to hear so it feels awkward. What else was I going to put in that section though?

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
I'm more pissed about the fact that I had sub-100 until the ending jumptrills and then I butchered those. :/ Probably half of all the goods is from the jumptrills, lmfao.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament
its the way you set up the jumpstream. while long hidden eight jacksd are hard to avoid you can still choose friendlier patterns than what the file has
anywho heres my score. im not going to bother playing it again on ffr

ending js isnt as gay on mirror. could get low teens for sure i just need to familiarize myself with the ending js and its repetitiveness
