For clarification on #1...

You say each section must be equal. By this, I assume you mean that every one of the 4 sections must be congruent, with the same shape of the same size for each one?

I just want to make sure that you don't have to do some annoying slicing up of the garden that keeps the total area of each section equal, but without having them be congruent shapes.

#2 wasn't EASY.... but the answer is amusing.

I think I have #1... and I think I have #3 also. But this stupid "1 try only" thing is annoying. Makes me much more nervous to send my answers in.

I dunno, I always have more trouble with ones involving numbers, sequences, codes, and the like than I do with more visual problems. I am having a harder time with #2 than the others.

Different people have different strengths I suppose.

seriously though... i have answers i THINK are right for 1 and 3, but i'm not certain, like I am with #2. gay. And i'll spend a bunch of time trying to figure out the bonus. stupid swine before pearls type problem.

You have a week. Chill. Come back to the questions another day and recheck them. If you're positive you're right you can't be wrong.

And the bonus is the only question you can't retry. You can retry everything else with a 0.5 point deduction.

I just submitted my answers to one and three. I think they were slighlty easy, especially three. However, in 2, i get my stuff edited out...

I don't see how the hell you can divide a square into 4 equal pieces other than making a + sign or x sign on the square, and neither of those work.
