man I remember the first game AA was in, hadn't really talked with him much, but i was coaching him in twg, and he did basically what he normally does, which is go super hungry for how to play well, and constantly kept up conversation with me about theory of twg and all that shit

It was a super tough game, there were so many times I thought it was impossible to win but kept trying. My joy and relief when it all came together was insane lmao

I think the hardest parts of playing there were having to read players I've never played before in a setup that gives no extra info to town.
Mountainous would be difficult even for people who are familiar with each other, and it became exponentially more difficult when accounting for completely unfamiliar players with varying levels of skill, interest, circumstances, and so on. All in all, though, I'ma say the same thing as AA and sunfan in that the caliber of the players here was honestly better on average than quite a few of the players I encountered there. I feel like half the scum pros here would sweep a good portion of those players if they were placed in a mountainous game with you as the scumteam. Props to FFRTWG for having a badass fam, and thanks again for taking me in (:

Haha yeah I was honestly pretty surprised at how widely townread I was on replacing in. I didn't do much out of the ordinary to deserve that at first, but everyone was all "omfg Asmodeus town 100% deserves to win if scum". I feel like that same performance here would've netted me tinfoil scumreads by the end of D2. At the very least, people here would push me a bit to reactiontest and so on.
Over there it was like there was no pressure on me at all, even at a point where I thought I was slacking a bit..

Just waiting on Thingy to announce the "Best Player" vote results now. Wish me luck :3
