File's still broken as **** for me but hey, the other judge likes it, so it's all good.
lmao the new .sm should have had all the stops fixed. Only thing I think would be wrong would be the offset. Unless there was something else?

Hell yes! Glad you enjoyed it.

ok I played it again. this whole file suffers from bad pattern useage. the steps themselves were relatively accurate, but everything needs a massive pattern overhaul.
Harsh! (jk I understand fully.) I guess a third pattern overhaul won't kill me. I was really trying to be somewhat PR accurate with the intro one (Not to sure how on the mark it was, but it's aids so irrelevant now.)

Could I get a numerical example of a "good" stream pattern? Such as say 1 2 3 2 3 4 ect. I'd really like to get this down so I can step streams with less retard mode patterns.

      Would appreciate it very much

Well, the good thing is that there really is nothing wrong with Roxas, but yeah I do agree that its a snoozefest now that I looked at it again. Thanks for the input though kommi & lurker. I might look to step something else and send it here.

legit if you like, I can re-arrange the patterns and send you an updated.sm so you can get an idea. the problem with 12321 over and over at that speed is the incredible strain on your left hand.

I knew the pattern there was aids, kinda went slightly out of my stepping norm with this chart in terms of the patterns. But yeah that would be quite wicked if you'd be kind enough to do that for me, I'd very much appreciate it.

                (moches) ReRicked v2

I ISSUE A CHALLENGE TO EVERYONE TO STEP A SONG WORSE THAN THIS AND SEND IT IN.
Kommi: I actually really disliked this file. There's no real flow going on, everything is broken up and awkward. Also some of the main chorus parts are missing notes (the piano). Also the colored drums at the start are really out of place and unnecessary
brb stepping Shind Bad just for u lurker <333
I'll step a serious song for this, promise. I just made this file to get back into stepping after...a while, to say the least. If somebody makes me graphics I'll just singles release it :3

the way I see it, the most "natural" stream patterns to play through are ones where, for each red-yellow-blue-yellow section, each key is pressed exactly once. that restriction gives you very few options, of course, so loading up two or three columns a little bit more over a short period of time is necessary. balance is crucial. go too crazy with one-hand patterns, and suddenly a section of the chart which shouldn't be too intense ends up as the toughest part.

another rule of thumb could be to start with index patterns (minus anchors and 1h trills). once you've got those patterns laid out, you can switch some of them to better represent the pitches and to add more variation.

p.s. please please please fix the sync in Transparent World before releasing

Wait what, there shouldn't be a sync issue.

my best advice is trying to make indexable patterns without too much repetition. flows nicely and is easier to hit
