Re: FFR Suggestions
Middle clicking, or opening link in new tab, ignores the pop-up and removes the replay instantly.

I'm using Chrome as well. It's probably a pop-up blocker or something, I'd assume? I have no idea

Re: FFR Suggestions
Any news on the new TP system? I was hyped for it to come out and it's STILL not here yet.

Re: FFR Suggestions
1. Score masking (the raw score listed at the bottom of the screen during gameplay
2. A Subforum SPECIFICALLY for rivalries, possibly could require moderator's approval (like tournament subforum or difficulty subforum) |

Re: FFR Suggestions
This would be awesome and a lot easier to keep track of than having all of them mixed in with other stuff in the brag board

Re: FFR Suggestions
The reason why a rivalry subforum hasn't been created is because those things are usually passing fads that don't last. If they become a commonplace occurrence that lasts, then perhaps you might see a subforum being made.

I know it's going to be a hell of a challenge, but if it means that my 64-11-0-21 on Holy Orders can get replaced with my recent 34-5-2-18 (I can actually do the trills now!), well, it'll be worth it. ^_^ |

Re: FFR Suggestions
quick suggestion that might be helpful. I believe that the settings should have the option for multiple key mappings. I only mention this because in the past I remember that even when I was playing spread with the number keys, the arrow keys would still work. I used to take advantage of this when a song suddenly turned into a long jump stream, by switching to using one hand on the arrows, since with spread i cant do fast jump stream. Its just easier one handed for me, but only in that situation.
so would adding multiple key inputs for ffr interest anyone else besides me? thanks

Re: FFR Suggestions
That's been mentioned before but turned down due to the option and possibility of people using that to do double setup (using two key inputs to hit for one spot at the same time, such as FC'ing the crowdpleaser trill).

Re: FFR Suggestions
I would like to see a totaled column for Perfects/Goods/ ect. for all the information on the level ranks page, and then the percentage of the total number of notes in the game.
Quick example - Let's say there are 1 million notes on the level ranks list total, and you have 900,000 perfects. Under the 900,000 it would read 90%. These stats would be available for goods, averages, and misses as well, and the boo's statistic would be an average per song (total boos / total number of songs). This could encourage people to play all the songs in the level ranks, especially if new tokens were released which required the player to reach certain landmarks (50% of the notes in the game perfect, 75, 90, 99, ect., maybe even a token which goes from bronze/silver/gold/platinum based on the %, just a thought). I usually drop my ranks into a spreadsheet to calculate this info, it would be nice if everyone could see it automatically. People like numbers/stats =p |

Tokens based on this also seems like a good idea, we need more achievement tokens. Only problem I see with this is that the unrecorded scores are put in as all averages so the numbers would be a little off unless you can beat the old score. |

Re: FFR Suggestions
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, resuggesting because the front page post comments made me think about it:
Hall of Fame page(s), with details on who won the past officials in what divisions, etc. The medal thing doesn't look like it's happening, and that was the main (albeit bogus if you ask me) reason why this "isn't a good idea" or "isn't worth the trouble". And for those of you against it, can you give me a legitimate reason as to why it's not a good idea? "Pointless" isn't a good reason, just fyi. I'm talking like, what harm could it cause, etc. edit: if it's "we're too lazy to code the page with that info" just give me names of the past winners and I'll write the html for a text only ffr page with the info lol -____-

Re: FFR Suggestions
Would it have to much of an effect on the rest of the game if we made it so you could play without recording scores?
