Nah, since it's such a low number, I will only kick out the people who don't submit.

Hard to explain...but:

1 person didn't submit; The worst score will be eliminated.
2 people didn't submit; Anyone who submitted a score advances.
3 people or more don't submit; They will all get eliminated.
Everyone submits; The worst 2 people will get eliminated.
