and NO, if he is hacking, then he is NOT the best player in the game. he has the best SCORES if he is hacking. if i hacked, i wouldn't be the best. i'd be where i am now, but with better scores. basically, saying he is the best means he has the most skill, which by DEFINITION implies that he is legit.
