It would have to be Lincoln because he's so tall. This tallness changes the amount of time the St. Presidents' Groundhog has to spin. Thus, the Groundhog fell on Lincoln and fell in love at first sight(fall?). This also makes Lincoln the only plausible candidate because he was the only president around at the time.
