Oh hey so I finally took a look at wavebouncing/bsticking, and I must say, I recall reading something about Pikachu having a useful use of it, but the only useful use I can see is in the tactic I mentioned earlier about dropping a thunder as edgeguarding. Other than that, I don't think it would help that much in close combat. Someone please prove me wrong.

Also it seems to not even work sometimes for me. Like, I do everything right, but Pikachu just keeps moving forward anyway. Is there something I'm missing? And sometimes the little bitch does skull bash. What a ***. Also: neutral b stick is gay as ****... he's just like "hey look at me i pause in the air for a split second har har har" and it's almost unpredictable to know when he's gonna do it or not.

Wavebouncing with pikachu is EXTREMELY useful. If you are able to consistently use wavebounce for pikachu's down B and neutral B you would be a top pikachu contender for sure. Think about it. When you use pikachu's down B in the form of wavebouncing, it's throwing the thunder in front of you while you stand behind it eliminating the possibility for being left open. The B neutral spammed is good already but when done through wavebouncing it's even better because you're throwing out electricity while moving backward giving yourself an offensive and defensive edge. My friend uses it for his falco and it's really annoying.

I don't like playing defensively.

But I must admit I've been fooling around in training and have worked through some ways down B can be used as mind games, offensively (although it really isn't much different than using normal down B offensively...), or as you said, defensively, as well as being used as a wall of lightning to guard the edge like I already said.

As far as neutral, I don't see how anyone could do it consistently. Either way, I don't need no stinking B stick to use neutral B, thank you very much. I just need to work on my timing a little more, and work on dropping them during aerials to stun.

I don't like playing defensively either...
But i don't really have a choice with Meta Knight.
A lot of players can knock me off fairly quickly if I get hit to much since he is so light.
I've been learning how to confuse my opponent with some moves I learned online on this SSBB forums.
They have a lot of combos for ALL characters and videos of how to do some cool things to get back in the game if your losing.
I will post it later on, so yeah.
Luigi is pretty good I learned, just need to learn how to use him properly.

I didn't see how anyone could do it consistently til my friend practiced it for a week. Now it's all he does when there's a distance between us and it's pretty effective for the most part.

I don't get it. I'm having trouble even figuring out WHERE neutral is, let alone being able to hit it when I want it. I really don't think Pikachu's neutral B gains that much from it though, unlike Falco, who I must say, would probably be cheap as **** if someone could do it consistently.

And even if Pikachu did gain from neutral b sticking, I don't think I'd do it. I don't think I'd want to play this game anymore if I had to put forth that much effort into it. It'd stop being fun.

ps i bet your friend cracked open his controller and changed the wiring on the c stick so it can only register neutrals 8)

Let go of the analog press B. That's neutral B every time.

oh c-stick neutral b, i wouldn't know. i just dont think losing a cstick for fast smashes for another attack is that great.

edit: **** it playing both of you guys is too laggy I think every single one of my deaths was a SD because I couldnt ****ing control my recovery correctly

EDIT: ok, not a SD, but I should have been able to easily get back, but failed to due to my skullbash or quick attack being delayed.
