its alright, I know that its not the simfile author's fault. I'm just saying that the framers from when the file is converted just killed off a bit of the replay value. Also, I didn't really find anything wrong with the file, I just felt like if there was a converter (if there is one already my bad I don't pay attention to much of the development stuff that goes on) that could convert the file exactly as it is without having to worry about the situation where you have to play a framer-****ed section/file (like UC, Rudi, ERB, just listing a few that have sections that are framer-****ed in either a particular section or the entire file is), then I'd truly enjoy the file as is. That's why I gave a file 8/10, I wasn't rating it solely on the framers (becuase its really not framered-**** unlike Powerpoints), I review it mainly on how well the file is made and the replay factor.
tl;dr version: I review it based on replay factor and there was no huge detrimental factors to the file imho and the framers was basically me lamenting about the curses of converting files.
There is no way to magically "convert a file correctly" it requires luck or, barring that, manual arrow placement editing.
If you want to play it precisely as is, just use Stepmania lol
I got 1-0-2-0 on this file during playtesting, and now that it's up on the engine, I can't beat that lmfao. I can't do the transition at 900 where the rhythm of the triples switches, and then I just can't do the runs into the quads, aha.
This was over a few sessions, by the way.
EDIT: Took a break and started over twice... finally after another 10 runs, lol. I love and hate this chart so much, aha

I see, well every player has his/her weaknesses, I'm just surprised that you have that much trouble with it because I rarely see you get stuck like that on a file.

Time Out seriously reminds me of I Remember from my tournament engine... you should play that file just once to see what I'm talking about haha. 2 frame minijacks into quads like that are terrible.

oh boy, it's STIFF, I'll stretch before I sit down at the computer so not I'm not as STIFF next time I step a file
I'll try for the AAA on Time Out again tomorrow at some point. I won't really bother with Where's Bill because well... it plays to nearly everything I'm good at so it should go down easily (even cold).
