Ummmm why did you start the TB round already when the current round is not over giving those people no chance to improve their score and avoid the TB or get above the line to move on, that seems unfair to me.

I didn't even realize that.
This is very true. Last minute scores make or break a tournament.

i thought i was the only one noticing it. I also thought that maybe i was just thinking wrong. Anyways it dosnt make sense because like Ic0 he just pulled out a AAA meaning he wouldnt have to be in the tiebreaker round...

But seriously. I have a few scores as good as funmonkey in some of the 8's and 9's... I just have a lot of terrible scores and songs that i can't fc... Looking forward to the challenge. Maybe I can get my first 8/9 AAA? In any case, I'll be putting up quite the fight.

And I would be SOOOOO pissed if I were in Advanced - I hate Nova with a passion. Congrats warriormag17 on the clean FC! Funny how him and Funmonkey (with his aforementioned 2-0-0-0) are in Advanced and have a better score on it than me, in Masters rofl

i imagine you have till the end of the actual round to submit a DFR score, i think the tiebreaker song has only been put up there, not meaning your not allowed to try get a better DFR score.

Wow... I'm VERY Suprised with this score. Clean FC (WTF?), AAA'd the mini-jacks(WTF?+), and got a good score(WTF?+HAX).

I'm surprised that you can't AAA Dragons final roar, yet attain a score that is better than most of the advanced players on the same song.

Prime, you have trouble with the weirdest songs. Do you have speed problems or something? Because the 2 songs so far I know you have issues with (Nova and Forsaken) are REALLY easy, and only need a little bit of speed to do well on. I am not being condescending in any way, I am just wondering what it is specifically that causes you difficulty with songs like these?

Prime, you have trouble with the weirdest songs. Do you have speed problems or something? Because the 2 songs so far I know you have issues with (Nova and Forsaken) are REALLY easy, and only need a little bit of speed to do well on. I am not being condescending in any way, I am just wondering what it is specifically that causes you difficulty with songs like these?

Well, my main problem with Nova is that it has the weirdest patterns to me, if you can even call them patterns. Then of course I'm in booville at the minijack part because the rolls back and forth combined with that are just impossible to me unless I just jumpmash. I've played it so much (1300 times as of now) that I consistently mess up on the same parts, no matter what I try to do differently. Playing mirror, different speed mods, even switching back to 3 finger - nothing seems to help me on that song.

With Forsaken, my best is like 2 goods or somewhere around there, but like Nova, I just for the life of me can't figure out how so many people have better scores on it than I do. Speed is only a problem with it does the minitrills, where I'll usually not make the last note and miss it.

Idk, there are quite a few fast (stream) songs that I'm just terrible at (Lawn Wake IV, Rose). Another problem I have, which doesn't apply too much for Nova or Forsaken, but especially for Sympathizer, is that I can't PA jumps, whether it's jumpstream or just constant 8th notes. I manage to get a perfect/good on a lot of jumps, even if both arrows are with the same hand.

So, I'm bad at speed and jumps (which basically equates to all of FFR lol).

Haha. That is what I had guessed. Have you considered stepping a short practice song in SM so you can practice the patterns and speed issues progressively in a way that works for you? A lot of times, that can help.
