Right? I'm lucky if I get your score in that one part. You know the one.

4goods 1 miss (I think) is about as far as I am going to be able to push it I think. Lands me in fourth for D2
Not too upset at it all things considered |

Re: 11th Official Tournament - Round 2
Meanwhile 4-0-1-0 would land 24th in D6
I think I'm safe in T-18 but I can't help but feel nervous lol |

4-0-1-0 is tops in D5 right now (seriously, Badman, HOW)
I'm hoping my 23-0-0-1 equivalent will get me into top 16 contention. |

it's like the cod kid who screams at his tv when he dies, sure he's determined but ultimately he's being triggered by a few pixels, thats pre sad. games aree supposed to be fun Last edited by Mourningfall; 07-3-2016 at 02:53 AM.. |

AAAing a song is always a happy and fun thing - different people just have different ways of dealing with nerves Swearing to make nerves go away ≠ loathing yourself and not having fun Also if we weren't all at least slightly competitive we wouldn't be playing this game very much |

it's pseudo-psychological warfare, if I make my self a stupid target and bother teh competition, they might actually make an effort to get a good score Last edited by Mourningfall; 07-3-2016 at 03:02 AM.. |

Re: 11th Official Tournament - Round 2
I see desperation and desire to do well from both mentioned parties, both abuse themselves or their respective game when things aren't perfect.
whether or not it actually hinders or advances their performance is entirely up to the individual I guess. when is competition not fun? Last edited by Mourningfall; 07-3-2016 at 03:19 AM.. |

Re: 11th Official Tournament - Round 2
or for that matter having fun and being productive
or having fun and being good at something pretty much fuck everyone who thinks the only definition of fun is being total shit at something entirely nonproductive in a sad attempt to distract themselves from the fact that they're garbage at everything else in life too actually just fuck everyone people are people are shit |

I build a single biased opinion and build off it based on the perspectives of my peers, in this case, I presented one side of the fence, and when faced with the second side I acknowledged it. it's not contradiction it's learning. progressively building a mental model of who, how and what in light of new information. sometimes I think I'm just too damn high to make any sense to some of you anyway back on topic, when does D6 start? As Mike said, it's just a method of fighting nerves. "haha look at this shitlord ruining a good run again at easy cheetos yet again", or something. It works and I'm actually laughing internally when I do this. Quote:

Re: 11th Official Tournament - Round 2
man, i literally can't catch a break
on my actual desktop, Edge runs with flawless frame-rate but lag spikes cause input desynchronization as shown in those replay screenshots - Chrome has unbearable lag, and Firefox is unusable; FP 9-22 all useless for some reason my laptop doesn't do much better with Chrome on its own took to getting another partition on my laptop with Ubuntu for the sole purpose of playing FFR this tournament - it runs with perfect framerate, literally 0 spikes of lag, but I'm just getting random goods on matter what song I do i'm getting closer to just wanting to drop out at this point EDIT: ok so it's seeming like chart sync is literally drifting on Ubuntu, just played Follow You and it was perfectly on sync for the first 1/3, but was significantly later after the chorus like i don't get it, i'm actually wanting to play and try in this shit and it's like the game is just telling me to go fuck off Last edited by TC_Halogen; 07-3-2016 at 09:18 AM.. |
